Frequently Asked Questions about Castration

What is castration?
Castration involves removing the testicles on a male. By itself it does not generally involve removal of the penis (though we can do that for you, of course!). The medical term for castration is orchiectomy. After removal of the testicles, testosterone is no longer produced, and the body would become softer and more effeminate.
What is removal of the penis?
Surgical amputation of the penis is called "penectomy". For those who want to pee sitting down, the urethra can be rerouted as well.
Are castration and penectomy the same as sex change surgery?
During sexual reassignment surgery (SRS), the penis and testicles are removed. The extra skin and tissue are used to construct genitals that are female in appearance, including a vagina. If the surgeon is skilled (and with some luck), the patient post-surgery will still be able to achieve orgasm.
What can we talk about?
This is a no taboo phone service, so we can talk about any kind of fantasy you want, castration of course a specialty.
Will you come over to my house to castrate me if I pay you?
No.
